Booking Information

By the Bay Tariff Rates

(Rates valid from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024)
Base Rate
$595.00 per night for one or two persons

Additional Guests
$110.00 per person per night
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
We cater for guests 12 years and over.

Booking Procedure
To confirm reservations we require a two nights accommodation deposit by Cheque or Direct Deposit at the time of booking. Full payment required 31 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 31 days prior to arrival at no cost.
• Cancel within 30 day period, 2 nights tariff will be charged.
• Cancel within 14 days of arrival and full payment of tariff is required.

Bonus Extras

• A complimentary bottle of premium Two Chimneys Wines together with a welcome breakfast basket.
• Guest Car with insurance is included (petrol – guests care)
• All guests are greeted at the airport and escorted to By the Bay.
