By the Bay Tariff Rates for 01 April 2011 – 31 March 2012
$395.00 per night for one or two persons
Additional Guests: $80.00 per person per night
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
Bonus Extra’s
A breakfast pack and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.
Car hire is included in the tariff (petrol and insurance payable by guests).
All guests are greeted at the airport and escorted to By the Bay.
Groceries and a selection of food and drinks can be arranged with our manager to be waiting for you on arrival (this will be at your cost)
Imagine a private dinner party or a romantic dinner by the roaring log fire or set up in the conservatory looking out on to lit up pine trees. Our manager can arrange for a chef to personally cater the dinner for you.

Booking Procedure To confirm reservations we require a two nights accommodation deposit by Cheque or Direct Deposit at the time of booking. Full payment required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy A full refund if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 30 days and 8 days have a fee of two days net tariff. Cancellation within 7 days requires full payment of total net tariff.
