Uniquely positioned with breathtaking views, “By the Bay” is set amongst private acres on a grassy ridge promontory overlooking the sparkling aqua waters of Ball Bay, ocean vistas, and it’s own secluded rainforest valley.

The property is set amongst towering pines, which stand guard over a secluded rainforest valley on one side and Ball Bay on the other adjoining Bucks Point Reserve.

With no near neighbours, total seclusion is assured, providing an opportunity to truly escape the pressures of every day life. By The Bay provides a total holiday experience like no other superior accommodation property even without leaving the house.

Vaulted timber cathedral ceilings, polished Norfolk timber flooring and a huge stone fireplace dominate the main living area.

The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and stove, and quality crockery, glassware & cutlery.

The beautiful glass conservatory provides a 270-degree panorama that allows the discerning traveler to enjoy the total seclusion of this unique home.

Survey the Bay below, the open ocean and the tropical rainforest from the conservatory and the large deck area. Phillip Island can also be observed in the distance.

Total privacy is ensured with the adjoining reserve. A picnic table on our private point provides a perfect place for a meal or to watch the superb bird life of the Island.

An ensuite adjacent to the master bedroom has a spa bath uniquely positioned inside a bay window for you to absorb one on the finest views on the Island while you relax in comfort.

Italian Marcella bedspreads, Egyptian cotton towels and sheets, mosquito nets and monogrammed, waffle-weave robes complete the romantic experience. Our beds, a downy overlay, donnas and soft pillows are all designed to create a beautiful new experience when you sleep.

Providing you a restful nights sleep is our highest priority.

The second master Queen bedroom also has superior linen and Italian white quilts with timber cabinetry.

The third bedroom contains a double bed as well as a single bed.
